ABOUT THE ORGANISERS

We are a small team of very experienced, very passionate event organsiers with decades of experience between us, having collectively worked on over 200 business events including some of the biggest flagship trade events in the world, across multiple sectors with technology at the heart and specifically events in the CX industry since 2015. 

We know what works and why, we know how to deliver top class events that bring the most important industry people together in an enviroment that is both enjoyable and a highly valuale use of time. 

We also run The Financial RIsk & Compliance Leaders' Convention and Cybersec Leaders' Convention. The FRC boasts a 76 Net promoter score and is widely regarded as one of the best events ever produced in the sector. Cybersec Leaders is also highly valued in its sector as something unique compared with regular trade shows and London focussed conferneces with the usual stuff.
